Jaye Foster LPC-Associate
Supervised by Dr. Summer Allen, LPC S

Jaye has more than 10 years of experience in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and substance use treatment. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Prairie View A&M University.

Jaye provides a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where children, adolescents, adults, and families can feel heard, supported, and respected. She recognizes that behavior often communicates emotions and needs that may be difficult to express directly. Her approach emphasizes establishing trust, understanding each client’s unique experiences, and helping clients develop healthier ways to communicate, regulate emotions, navigate difficult transitions, and strengthen relationships.

Jaye incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, family-systems concepts, and strengths-based, trauma-informed interventions. She believes meaningful change begins within a safe therapeutic relationship and works alongside clients as they build greater insight, confidence, and emotional resilience.
