Sarah Mathis, LPC-Associate
Supervised by Dr. Summer Allen, LPC S
Sarah believes therapy is a collaborative, creative process that invites healing through connection, curiosity, and shared discovery. She offers an expressive, arts-based approach to therapy while integrating evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT. She supports clients of all ages navigating neurodiverse experiences, grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Sarah also works with couples, families, individuals (children & adults) experiencing divorce or custody changes.
With a strength-based lens, Sarah helps clients explore emotions, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Her presence is both warm and upbeat, cultivating room for humor, exploration, and authentic expression. She strives to make the therapy process approachable and empowering.
Outside the office, you might find Sarah crocheting, playing games, experimenting with crafty art projects, or recharging in nature.
