Dr. Allen enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing life transitions, identity development/exploration, and general life challenges. She also specializes in high-conflict custody/divorce, reunification therapy, and parent support. Her approach to high-conflict and reunification cases is collaborative in nature as she believes the entire family system can benefit from support and inclusion throughout the therapeutic process.

In her free time, Dr. Allen enjoys hiking, camping, reading and spending time with friends.
