Alejandra (Ale) Leal LPC-Associate
Supervised by Dr. Summer Allen, LPC S

Ale brings warmth, openness, and a sense of ease to her work, creating a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. She enjoys supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, chronic stress, and pain.

Her integrative, somatic-informed approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), alongside mindfulness, breath awareness, and gentle movement. Ale helps clients explore thoughts and emotions while noticing how stress, attention, and mood show up in the body, fostering self-understanding and practical coping mechanisms.

Ale also works with couples and families experiencing divorce or custody changes.

Outside the office, you might find Ale practicing yoga, swimming, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with friends.
