Family Systems Program
We are excited to offer our Family Systems Program (FSP) to families experiencing significant conflict, relational disconnects, high conflict parenting, and/or parent-child contact issues. We utilize education as the foundation for therapeutic processing and support towards a healthier family dynamic.
Our Approach to Therapy
Taking the first step towards change, growth, and personal freedom can be exciting and scary at the same time. Therapy can provide a space for you to safely explore where you have been, where you are, and where you want to go. While therapy is not a cure-all, there is certainly the possibility for a path to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Our approach to therapy begins with the client as the expert. We focus on the development of a strong therapist-client relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. Our therapists work to enter the client's world by exploring experiences, emotions, relationships, and influences on individual ways of being. We believe all individuals hold the potential to live happy, healthy, well-balanced lives.
The first step begins with a no-charge phone consultation with Dr. Allen. Once the phone consultation is complete we can schedule an intake appointment. For high-conflict and reunification/reintegration cases, Dr. Allen conducts all initial intake appointments with parents. Dr. Allen provides consultation and oversees all therapist caseloads in the practice.

Payment for Services
We do not currently accept any insurance. However, we do provide a superbill. This is a document you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement after you have paid for your services with our practice.
